Robert P. Dudugjian, one of two shareholders, has been practicing law since 1976. Mr. Dudugjian practices in the area of business formation, tax planning and civil litigation and is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Dudugjian has been a trial attorney in partnership dissolution, corporate dissolution, estate planning, taxation and other business organization disputes. As a trial attorney, Mr. Dudugjian brings a unique and important insight to the transaction. With experience in the ultimate dispute resolution (trial), many potential problems can be anticipated and resolved.

John D. Maxey, another shareholder, is an attorney as well as a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Maxey is a lecturer for the Department of Accountancy at California State University at Sacramento. Mr. Maxey has been representing taxpayers since 1976 involving disputes with the Internal Revenue Service as well as state and local tax agencies. Mr. Maxey also handles bankruptcy, including the discharge of back taxes. Estate planning and the preparation of living trusts are also an area of expertise of Mr. Maxey.

Edward A. Smith, senior associate, has been engaged in the practice of law since 1989. Prior to 1989, he was a legislative assistant for Dow Chemical Company. Mr. Smith's areas of practice include civil litigation, business law, probate, construction litigation, bankruptcy, landlord-tenant law, real property and appellate practice.
